  1. Do I need a permit?
    Yes. A valid California learner’s permit is required.
  2. Do you teach teens?
    Yes. Teens must complete 6 hours of lessons in California. Additional practice is available at the same lesson rate.
  3. Do you teach adults?
    Yes. We work with beginners, nervous drivers, and test prep. If you already have some driving experience, you may need fewer lessons before the test. Overall, we recommend practicing until you feel safe, calm, and confident.
  4. Do you offer refresher or highway lessons?
    Yes. These lessons are for licensed drivers who haven’t driven for a long time or want to build confidence again. We can focus on parking, lane changes, city driving, or highway driving.

2. Booking

  1. How do I book?
    Book online or text us for help.
  2. What info do you need?
    Name, phone, DMV location, meeting or pickup address, and service type.
  3. Not sure which DMV to choose?
    Start with a lesson. We’ll recommend one.

3. Test-Day Service

  1. Do I need a DMV appointment first?
    Yes. Please book your road test before booking us.
  2. What’s included?
    Vehicle, DMV check-in support, and optional practice.
  3. Do you offer pickup?
    Previous lesson students: Test-day pickup is usually available. Drop-off after the test is not included.

    Test-day service only: Please meet at the DMV.

    Special pickup requests: Please ask in advance. Extra fees may apply based on distance.
  4. How long does it take?
    About 1.5–3 hours, depending on DMV wait times.

4. Vehicle

  1. Are your cars DMV-ready?
    Yes. Fully insured and test-ready.
  2. Can I use a rental car?
    Usually no. Most rental companies don’t allow DMV tests.
  3. Can I use my own car or a friend’s car?
    Yes, as long as the car is properly registered, insured, and in safe working condition. The DMV examiner will check the vehicle before the test.

5. Pricing

  1. Lesson price?
    Adult: $150 / 2 hours
    Teen: $160 / 2 hours
    Teen certificate: +$60 if needed
  2. Highway lesson?
    $170 / 90 minutes.
  3. Test-day service?
    $200–$320 depending on option.

6. Other

  1. Can I rebook if I fail?
    Yes. You can book again for your next test.
  2. What is your cancellation policy?
    Free cancellation with 24+ hours’ notice.
    Within 24 hours: $50 cancellation fee.
  3. Can I get a refund if I fail the test?
    No. Test results are not refundable.
  4. If I fail, what is the price for more lessons?
    The lesson price is the same as the regular lesson rate.

  6. What if I arrive late?
    Small delays happen. If my schedule allows, we’ll try to complete the full 2-hour lesson. If I have another lesson after yours, the lesson time may be shortened.
